Using Our Website:
Our web site's search engine is designed to help you to find products quickly and easily. On our Home Page you can choose between the standard "Search Our Products" or a product category. You will quickly be able to start reviewing products and prices or use an advanced search where you can further refine the criteria for your search by using various search filters.
Search Our Products: You can enter a product name, an item number, a manufacturer name or a product description into the search box in the top portion of most pages of our web site. Start the search by clicking ">” button.
If the search is successful, a list of the results is displayed. For more information you can click the product name, place the product in your shopping cart or add it to your favorites list.
Search Filters: On the left side of each page you will find several search filters to help refine your search. You can search by “keyword,” “Feature Filter,” “Categories,” “Manufacturers,” and “Best Sellers.” Use the search options to find accurate results. To do this, enter one or more search terms describing the product you are interested in. The system will search for all the search terms simultaneously. The search results which best match or are most Relevant to your search query are displayed at the very top of the results list. You can also sort your search by “Price.”
Ink and Toner Search: At the top of each page you will find our “Ink and Toner” search box. The advanced search features allow you to search by machine model number or ink or toner product number to quickly find your product and in some cases compatible products.
Compare Products: The “Compare Products” feature allows you to quickly compare similar products and make your purchase decision quickly and correctly. You can compare more than one product by clicking on the square box in front of each of the product listings you are interested in and click on “Compare Products.” To compare other products simply deselect the products whose box you have clicked and select the new products that you would like to compare.
Favorites List: Products which you order on a regular basis can be saved to your “Favourites List.” To do this, simply click on the "Favourites" button displayed next to the product details.
You can create as many lists as you like: For example, a list with all the products you buy frequently, a list of products you only buy as needed, or buy product categories.
